Cannot create a new mailbox in iPhone 15 Pro

Hello, I’m trying to create a new mailbox so I can save some emails. I tried by doing Edit , create new mailbox. Choose Comcast(my provider), then when I hit save , it says Unable to create mailbox, The mailbox couldn’t be created on server.

Unable to create new mailbox on my iPhone. On my iPhone I am getting this message: “Unable to Create Mailbox. The mailbox couldn’t be created on the server.” Strangely however, this is not consistent - I can create a mailbox most of the time, but it seems that there is one specific mailbox name I cannot create. I wanted to call it “Meditation” but the message above consistently appears. If I call it anything else it will create the mailbox. I have even tried creating a mailbox with a different name, which is successful, and then if I try to edit the name to include the word meditation, it won’t let me edit the name. I get the following message: “Unable to Rename Mailbox. The mailbox couldn’t be renamed on the server”. Any ideas? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Email on iPhone 13 Pro Max I am trying to add a new mailbox folder. I have tried a lot. I keep getting the message “Unable to create mailbox, The mailbox couldn’t be created on the server “ Thank you for any assistance.

It seems to be an issue with Comcast. I don’t know their service but could you create the new mailbox using their webmail service? You may need to talk to them directly, too.
