I can't find passwords in settings
I have changed my apple password and restarted my phone.. neither has helped.
Went to Tmobile and they could not help either.

It’s not at all clear what you’re trying to accomplish. Passwords’ location in Settings has absolutely nothing to do with your Apple ID password.
Look below Wallet & Apple Pay.
