My smart tv won’t load Apple TV. I’ve been watching for a while, this is new. Network unavailable there were errors with the connection. Try again. Reload.

Uninstall the Apple TV app from your TV, power down the TV and unplug it from it's power source for 2-3 minutes. Then power the TV back, re-add the Apple TV app and you should be fine assuming you don't have some other firmware or networking issues.
