I tried to erase all the data on my 2015 MacBook Air but in the process my disk became locked making me unable to reinstall macOS Sierra. Is there a way for me to resolve this?
Did you follow these processes to fully erase, and then, reinstall macOS on this Mac?

Is it possible that during the Erase ALL Data you may have added a Firmware Password ?
