How to uninstall the Home app on Mac?

How do remove the Home app? It's no longer supported on my mac. I get the error message - "When opened, it shows a triangle with an exclamation mark in it. Below it says"This Mac Can No Longer View This Home. This home requires software that isn't compatible with this mac" Apple chat was useless in resolving the issue.
