I can not add Cameras to Apple secure video

I have a 200g iCloud plan. I am trying to add 2 cameras to secure video but I get a pop up saying I need to upgrade plan or remove other cameras. I only have 1 other camera on my plan and I thought I was allowed 5. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.

Homekit iCloud+ subscription license versus number of cameras I have an iCloud+ subscription that allows me to record secure videos for 6 homekit cameras, and i do indeed have 6 cameras connected. 5 of them are configured to record video (and works fine), but when i switch it on for number 6, this message appears: So it says i can add up to 6 cameras, which i have, but when wanting to record on number 6, i wont let me. Has anyone seen this before? It used to work fine for a long time, but after removing and adding back the same camera, this started to happen. Almost as if the deletion didn't go well, and got stuck somehow?

Apple One... Does it include HomeKit Secure Video? I'm looking to get the Apple One Family Plan. It includes: iCloud+ 200GB... So does that also mean I get the HomeKit Secure Video support for up to five cameras included?

Home Camera is "Off" after deleting a home This is a software question, related to Home app (and iCloud hence). So, I had an "old" home tech, and upgrading failed always ("some devices are incompatible" BS). So, I DELETED my old Home, and created from scratch a new Home (on the "New" tech), as advised by Apple. After creating the "New" home, I ran into issues with my Eve Cam, previously connected. I reset the Eve Cam (as per Eve instructions) and added this to the Home. The device is connected and recognised and visible and all okay in the Home app, except.... It shows NO still picture, in stead a black thing and it DOES NOT stream. Apple says it is "Off". But I assure you: it is on and working normally (ie it can stream). So, I am 100% certain it's an iCloud thing. Now what could it be? Did Apple not give me back to allocations for Cameras in my iCloud+ subscription? It certainly looks like that. So, I did a test: I made Homebridge non-HSV camera's, and the same (previously also working) HSV camera's. Guess what: the non-HSV camera's work! And ALL HSV capable camera's get the same black screen from Apple. Is there anything Apple can to to zap any camera definitions for my account regarding HSV, and please give me back the possibility to view my camera. Or, Apple, is the problem somewhere else? Please see below images of what I'm talking about: Please let me know what iCloud restrictions there are on HSV camera's in iCloud, and how I can manage these (delete Camera's that are defined but not in Home app), or Apple, please delete all my HSV capable camera's and give me back my quota? Or does this happen automatically after a period of time? Please do not tell me this can only happen "when all devices that have them defined in Home app will release them" - as I deleted the Home and should that not be enough? Thank you for reading, and I look forward to a question I can't find the answer to (yet :) ).

I would definitely talk to Apple about adding cameras
