I ordered a refurbished & unlocked iPhone 12 to replace my old XR. My current phone and the 12 are both unlocked, however when I move my SIM card to the 12, it won’t connect to the cellular service. The SIM card shows up in settings, but it shows “Phone not allowed.”
I’ve tried a network reset, factory reset, restarting, and updating the carrier settings to no avail.
