Is it possible to backup photos to iCloud before resetting my inaccessable iPhone?

Dear Apple community,

I have the problem I just change my password 48 hours before and forget it now its too many attempt taken now its showing its unavailable I don't know how to open my phone all my data is in my phone this is the request to you please give me a solution to take my data of iCloud photos before reset my phone. Please take my all data in the iCloud id please it will be very thankful to you.
