How to stop the "Some iCloud data isn't synching" on my iphone 14?

How to stop the "Some iCloud data isn't synching" on my iphone 14? I already tried getting help on this and was given the "AOL/comcast" suggestions of turn this off, turn that off, check this, check that. Everything is as it should be, turned OFF, never used icloud, NEVER WILL (on ALL of my devices). I've been using Apple exclusively for many years so I'm not a newb who doesn't know to check settings first, been there done that numerous times already. The ONLY icloud setting I have turned on is the "find my phone" one. NOT using health or maps either.
