iTunes Folder (Prevent Accidental Deletion)

I have moved my iTunes folder to my Time Capsule as my library size does not fit to my MacBook drive any longer because it is now too large.

Time Machine won’t back up Time Capsule’s disk itself. Is a fact I know.

I am now facing a new dilema: how to protect iTunes library when in Time Capsule so I can’t delete it accidentally?

I read somewhere in Apple Community that Finder’s permission may do the type of protection I want. Something like protect the root iTunes folder by changing the permissions to read-only and making below folders readable and writeable.

Can someone give details so I make my iTunes protected from accidental deletion? Is changing folders permissions the path for resolution?
