Switching Directionality of Home Screen

Hi I was wondering if there is a way to switch the directionality of the swipe features, eg. swipe down leads to the search menu, swipe up scrolls left. I was wondering if there was a way to switch these features so a scroll up brings me to the search menu and that the scroll down scrolls left.

This is quite unhelpful if you're using Universal Control to control another device to the left of a device with Safari open. How can I scroll between homepages on iPadOS 13.4 I recently updated to iPadOS 13.4, and was excited to try out the mouse support, but I can’t seem to figure out how to scroll between homepages, except for touching the screen. Is there any way to go to the next homepage without touching the screen and only using the mouse? Any help would be appreciated.

There is still no way to change scroll direction of mouse and trackpad independently? I would like my trackpad to be set to "natural scrolling" on, but when using a mouse "natural scrolling" off. Looks like there are various post on this back to 2012. Is this really still not possible?
