My watch says too many passcode attempts. But I can’t find how to reset password or whatever needs to be done

I hit the buttons on my watch accidentally. Now I get a message too many passcode attempts. I can’t figure out how to fix that

Can’t get to settings or anything Dr. I cannot get my watch into reset mode. It says tooo many passcode attempts and when the power and sos sliders appear after holding side button I then hold the crown and it just goes back to the too many passcode attempts
