Several things to try:


Have you restarted your device? That sometimes clears up odd issues.

Delete the app and try to redownload the app from Apple --> Redownload apps and games from the App Store - Apple Support

This support article tells you how to find the URL for an app in the App Store to report a concern --> Find the URL for content to report a concern - Apple Support


If an app or feature on your device is not working or is restricted, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution. You need to offer more information.


Which app?

Is this the only app behaving this way?

What happens when you try to open the app?

Is there an Alert Notice when trying to open the app?


The more info, the more likely someone can offer solutions.
