MacBook Pro 2020 won't boot from Mac but from Windows

I tried different methods:

1. can't access to safe mode (shift), diagnostic model (D), all lead to Mac shut down
2. can't access to recover model (no menu page at all), but could access to internet recover model but shut down immediately once the download finished.
3. can access to DFU mode but turn to no assess error and stuck to apple controller
4. can't boot from external drive due to T2 locked, although I have password but don't know how to do with T2 locked.
5. reset NVRAM/PRAM & SMC all doesn't work
6. turn to T model, could not access it from other mac
7. windows have no problem at all but use disk drill, I can see the Mac drive but it is encrypted. so I could not access.

What can I do now?
