Every time i transfer my files to seagate, I get an error code

I recently bought a Seagate external hard drive because my Mackbook Air M2 doesn't have enough storage space. I managed to do all the steps to integrate it (Going to the utility desk and changing the formatting) but every time I try to move a file into the Seagate drive, it says the action cannot be completed (error - 0).

I don't know what error 0 is and nothing on the internet is helping me in the slightest.

I just wanted to move my game files onto my hard drive so I can play Sims and things like that, so I don't know if its just because the files can't be shared like that or if there's a way I can fix it.

MacBook Air, macOS 14.4
