Audiobooks and podcasts onto Shokz openswim

I'm trying to download audible books and/or podcasts onto my new Shokz openswim. I was assured by the sales assistant when I bought them that this was possible but I am struggling to do either. Can anyone help? Do I need to convert the files to the MP3 format? It's not simply as case of drag and drop (as told to me when I bought them). Thanks!

I've purchased waterproof headphones Shokz OpenSwim that have onboard memory storage and supports these file formats: MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, and FLAC. I'm able to get Apple Music files on to the storage but can't seem to find a viable way to transfer Apple Podcasts. I've searched online but the solutions recommended are either no longer viable (worked in older versions of MacOS) or Windows based. Any ideas on how to do this in my current environment? Thank you.

Creating Audiobook from MP3 files I have recorded each chapter of my book into separate MP3 files. Now I need to create a functioning Audiobook from those MP3 files. When I search for ways to do that I continually see recommendations to use iTunes, which no longer exists. What can I use (for free)?

Converting music files from Steam specifically WAV and FLAC files to AIFF I’m able to convert the files but when they get added to the Apple music app it doesn’t put them together in the same album, they’re out of order and The song information is missing as well as the cover art even though I can see the cover art on the original file.
