Macbook Air M1 not recognising Epson printer

I have a new Epson ET-2870 printer connected to my home wireless network. The printer is recognised and can be used wirelessly from my old iMac running High Sierra. However my Macbook Air M1 running Sonoma on the same network cannot access the printer wirelessly. It does connect to the printer if I use a USB cable. Can anyone help? If it's relevant I also cannot access the printer page using a browser on the M1 but I can on the iMac

Thanks Ronasara but actually I have found the solution after exhaustive research. It seems that my router brioadcasts on both 5g and 2.4g channels. The printer was on the 2.4g channel as it can't use 5g - but the Macbook Air was on 5g. Once I went into the router settings and turned off 5g, wireless printing from the Macbook Air now works as it should.
