I’ve been charging my Apple Pencil gen 2 for around 16 hours yet it still haven’t passed 0% my friend just gave it to me and Sid I has not been touched in 2-3 years so if you have any advice please reply

Chances are it will not charge. The reason is that the lithium battery in this Apple Pencil has been depleted from non-use. These types of batteries, not just in the Apple Pencils, must be charged before they are stored for long periods of time. If they are not, they will not be able to be charged.
