Apparently focus is on on my computer.
I say apparently because I don’t know how or why it came on. In System Settings/Focus there is no active schedule:
When I open “Do not disturb On >” there is no place to turn this dam thing OFF.
How can I turn it OFF? In all devices?

Option+clicking the Time in the menubar turns Do Not Disturb on and off.
first, to turn focus off, open focus from your menubar and click on the text "Do Not Disturb". you will see the icon become greyed out.
DND on:
DND off:
and then, to turn it off across your devices, go into focus settings, and turn on "share across devices".
You can just change the focus or keep it in Do Not Disturb on the Control Center and just click it and its going to turn off and there will be no Focus on
In the first image. Click on Do Not Disturb to un-highlight it.
Hello. There may be a Do Not Disturb schedule in your Mac or if you have, on your iPhone that synces that schedule setting on your Mac and that happens. Or the same thing can be happening just in your Mac

Thanks to all who replied. I can turn focus off once it comes on, but next day it comes on again. I am trying to stop focus from EVER coming on.
No way to turn off focus completely?
