Audiobooks Not In Folders

My audiobooks don't get filed into individual Artist/Book folders like music does. When you import a music CD iTunes will create a folder for the artist then another folder INSIDE that folder for each album of that artist you import. Audiobooks do not seem to do this and it's cluttering up the Audiobooks folder.

Is there a way around this? I'm going in and deleting from iTunes to move them into their own respective folders. When I do this and re-import them iTunes IMMEDIATELY puts them back into music (is there a way around THIS too?) so then I have to highlight the whole book & change from Music to Audiobook. This, of course, adds them back to the audiobook library but the folder is a mess again and no longer in their individual folders.
