I have been having an issue with the audio messages sent to me over the last couple of days. Despite turning up the volume on my phone, I cannot hear it. Is there anything I need to do with the settings to get it to work? Any help rendered will be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I have an IPhone 15 Max Pro.
