My device’s screen is broken

I have a problem I need to fix with my iPad Pro 13 inch and the screen has a white area and half of the screen is green and glitchy and I can't fix it.

Hopefully you have benefit of an active AppleCare+ plan. If applicable, the repair cost is reduced to a small excess/deductible fee.


In addition to Apple's mail-in repair service, you can arrange repair at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP):
