I purchased this MacBook less than a month ago and I have been having many problems during this month now this time this Macbook pro has a black line and a blinking line on the screen

For all you issue I would get a service record started while under warranty
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
