Cannot Accept/Decline Zoom Mtg in Outlook using iCloud Calendar

I use Outlook 2019 on Windows 10 with iCloud for the calendar (through iCloud Outlook Add-in). I have an tentative recurring Zoom mtg invite from a 3rd party that is stuck in my Outlook. If I click Accept or Decline, I get a pop up that says Unknown Error. If I look at my calendar directly in iCloud, or on my Apple phone, this doesn't show up anywhere. How can I get rid of it? It's driving me nuts, because I keep thinking that time in my calendar is scheduled.
