Mac Pro before 2023 was released in 2019, so is referred to as 2019 model. It features MPX graphics modules, but can also support PCIe Graphics cards if you want to bad enough.

Graphic card is something wrong. You would need to replace graphic card.
is yours a 42 lb silver tower MacPro?
If this is a MacBook Pro, the problem is more likely in the display itself.
Regardless, you likely have a hardware issues.
