Is mspy really accessing my iphone? And how this possible?
Someone hack my friend iPhone with mspay and he doesnt know how this possible to happen woth company like iPhone!! Any one can help?

According to Wikipedia, mSpy is "a brand of mobile and computer parental control monitoring software for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS."

Its description on the App Store says that it is a Family GPS Location and Tracker designed for the iPhone. (No mention there of macOS.)
It seems much more likely that your friend's parents installed this app on his iPhone – then, perhaps, set up the iPhone's Screen Time / Parental Controls to prevent its removal – than that anyone "hacked" his phone to load mSpy out of the clear blue yonder.
