Videos not playing on my iphone 13 - in apps and in camera roll

I have tried a restart and a reset and intermittently video will just not play - occasionally it starts then freezes a few seconds in.

Also Spotify not working - super frustrating as I have only had my phone for 2 years.

Unable to play any videos on my iPhone 10 Hello! I have had this problem for a while now, but all I did before was restart my phone and it worked. All of a sudden even if I do restart my phone the videos still don’t work! I know it’s not an internet issue because my phone won’t play videos on my camera roll and my phone is at the latest update for iPhone 10 at the moment (16.7.8). Plus I have 15 gb of free space so it can’t be a storage issue. I can’t play any type of videos including tiktok, instagram, camera roll, YouTube and even music on Spotify! It only works if I have my headphones plugged in, and sometimes that doesn’t even work. Also I don’t know if this is unrelated but my phone sometimes restarts for no reason in my pocket. And whenever I play a video my volume stops to work if I’m on it. If someone can help me with this issue it would be deeply appreciated!

iPhone videos freezing Why does my apps on my iPhone all freeze at the same time. My youtube videos freeze as well as my tiktok and instagram. I can hear the audio coming from the video and can scroll but no video is playing. Also this has been transferred from my iphone 11 to my iphone 14 pro max. Please this happens and it stays like this for like a whole day, sometimes restarting my phone works and sometimes it doesnt.

iPhone 15 Pro Max Not Playing Videos Occasionally, when I try to play videos in apple photos or google photos on my 15 pro max, the video does not play at all. Turning the phone off/on fixes the problem but it's happening once every couple of weeks and is starting to get annoying. The fact that two separate apps have the same issue is leading me to believe that it is an issue with the phone itself. The videos are stored on the phone so it's not a wifi/data signal issue. The youtube app is not affected by this and plays videos fine. Any help would be appreciated.
