I cannot re-link my itunes to the MoviesAnywhere service. Anyone know how to fix this?
I recently noticed that my iTunes/AppleTV movie library was not showing recent purchases that were MoviesAnywhere compatible. Upon checking the retailers linked to the service I see that the iTunes service is no longer linked. In theory, all I needed to was go to "manage retailers" on the MoviesAnywhere site and click a button to reconnect AppleTV/iTunes.
In reality, all that happens when I click this on my desktop computer is that my iTunes opens but then I get a message saying "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occured (502)."
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
