My screen goes black on my MacBook Pro when fully opened

My screen goes black on my MacBook Pro when fully opened. When at about 45 degrees open screen is visible and computer is functioning.

MacBook Pro that can run MacOS 13 Ventura has a unitized display assembly. No piece parts are available separately, and any problems that develop in the display CABLE require replacement of the display assembly, complete.


You can connect an external display or iPad, or you can pay to have the entire display replaced.
