How do I get rid of a virus on Safari?

Hi! Help is required!

I opened a link on Safari to download the video from Tiktok. I didn't complete the download.

Now I get a repeating system message on the right top corner of my Mac screen saying "13 Viruses Detected! Your browser is infected! Action required!"

If I press this message, it goes to McAfee check, which is not installed on my Mac and also it asks to buy it.

I updated to Sonoma 14.5 and it didn't help.

What can be done with this issue?

You did not download a virus. The only thing you did was allowed a website to send you Notifications. All you need to do is go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and delete every website you see there.
