3 month free trial Apple Arcade.

So I’ve just bought the iPhone 15 pro max and it says I would get a 3month free trial the £4.99pm with a new device but when I go to the arcade it’s only for a month then £6.99pm.

how do I get the 3 months? Is it something I should bring up with my phone provider or is it something Apple can help with?
