I would like to copy my mp3 music files from my Samsung android tablet to my Ipod Nano .
ITUNES 12.5.5 installed on Windows 10 does not detect my Samsung android tablet however it does recognize my Ipod Nano.
I understand that I need Itunes to recognize the Android Tablet before transfer the MP3's.

iTunes isn't designed to recognize and sync with non-Apple devices. You can copy suitable content directly from your media folder to the file system of your connected Android device with Windows File Explorer. FWIW that version of iTunes is rather old by now. You should probably update.
