I recently got a new cable Apple, the serial number on the new one is MUQ9*****and the old one was MM0A****
Is it the same thing or is it different? Is it just same wire with a different serial number ?

Let's start with which exact Apple cables you are referring to ... for both the old & new one? Did you purchase them both directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, or did you get them from another third-party source?
