My phone fell from the first floor at the front but it works. It gives notifications, but the screen is not visible and it has a crack on the back. Do you think this can be arranged with just a screen replacement because that is the only important thing? for me at this moment when it turns on again

You are asking us to guess at what might be required in the way of repairs......if they are possible.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them check and test the phone, then go over your options with you.
