I mistakenly transferred money to my apple card (account) in my wallet. I meant to transfer it to Apple Cash. How can I withdraw the money from my Apple card and put it in Apple cash?

You cannot. The Apple Card holds no funds at all. It also, cannot be used for Cash Advances from your credit limit.
Its a credit card only.

Have you resolved this yet? If you accidentally transferred funds from your Apple Cash account to your Apple ID Account, you may be able to have Apple Support reverse the transaction and return the funds to Apple Cash. To request a reversal, contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE. Again, this is not always possible.
