Apple needs to make it standard for all app developers to show the cost of the apps at "Get In-App Purchase" instead of making Apple users look everywhere trying to find the cost of the app. Some app developers list the cost of apps on "Get In-Purchase" and others don't. I shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to find out how much the app costs and if it has a monthly subscription.
When looking at the app in the App Store, the button to download shows "Get", then it is a free download, otherwise the cost of the app shows there. Scrolling down on the app, there is a section called "In-App Purchases" that will list the cost of every in-app purchase offered including any subscriptions. It is all provided to you before you download the app.

When you tap on the In-App Purchases arrow in your screenshot, you should see a list including the prices. Here it is for that app on my iPhone. It does show many that are duplicates, but I get that a 1 month subscription is $5.99 and 1 year is $34.99. Also an option for 300 text messages for $4.99. Not sure what that last one is, but the app is free to download since it is showing the "Get" button and does not have a price to download.
I appreciate the quick feedback and excuse me for being slow in locating this issue. It's not all apps have the same problem. I have a couple of them that are not listed and this is one of them.
The app is free. There may be in-app purchases for features/upgrades.
The cost of all Apps should be displayed on "Get In-Purchase".
