What do you mean by "trashed"? Do you mean that you told Apple to delete it? If so, it's gone. Or, do you mean that you forgot the password? If so, see here

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

oIf you trashed you Apple ID then you must have logged onto the Apple Communities another way since that is how you get onto the Communities. The password and email address is how you log into iIcloud.
