I am unable to use WhatsApp on my iPhoneSE(2016)

Since you have iOS 15 on your iPhone, WhatsApp is compatible with your phone. But we've seen lots of people the last few days suggesting issues with WhatsApp. WhatsApp is NOT an Apple product, so contact Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp for help with their application.

I have the same issue and when I contacted meta they said they don’t provide support for device issues so no help at all. I also contacted apple as I actually paid for the app (many years ago) through the app store but they just sent generic fixes for apps not working. They said contact the app developer. So have hit brick wall. I did delete the app and reinstall it but I got stuck on the first screen where it asks me to accept the terms but I cannot see anywhere that I can do this. There is no button or link to press to accept. I am hoping meta are aware this is happening and will fix it especially as I paid for the app (only 69p but most people get it for free now.
