Hey there! I have created a group text for our work leadership team. Two of the individuals have left the organization. Not all use Apple devices so I am not able to remove them as I normally would. Is it best to delete the leadership team text group and start over? Do I need to ask everyone in the group to delete the group?

If not everyone in the group is using iMessages, your only option is to delete the group and start over.
Consider using a platform other than Apple Messages if you ever expect to have non-iPhone users:
