I can’t unpair my apple watch from iPhone

I can’t unpair the apple watch from iPhone , the unpair button is greyed out , infinite looping and doesn’t let me unpair.

The iPhone shows that it’s busy trying to communicate with the Apple Watch. Try to force restart the Apple Watch by pressing simultaneously on the crown and the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Force restart the iPhone:

Quickly click on the volume+ button.
Quickly click on the volume- button.
Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears. It can take up to 20 seconds. Wait until you see the Apple logo and ignore the other things that might appear on the screen.

This procedure is tricky the first time you do it. Do not hesitate to repeat it.

I tried to pair another watch to the phone and it doesn’t let me pair it with the phone… i think it’s a bug with the phone, and i dont know how to solve this…
