Simultaneous Charging Macbook Pro

I recently purchased the Thunderbolt 4 Slim Hub Pro hub for the MacBook Pro M3 MAX! I'm a Designer and there are applications that require more power and as such I always have my Mac connected to the original charger and therefore the Mac almost always charges optimally! that being said.. is it possible to have the original mac charging connected together with the hub's thunderbolt host port (front port)? Does it create a problem or does the mac recognize it and stop receiving power from the hub? As for the optimized charging, now it always reaches 100% and never goes down, is this because of the hub because it supplies power or does the Mac adapt? Or do I have to use a third-party application?

I hope I managed to explain myself and thank you in advance for your help! thanks 😁

See the following from Charge your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro - Apple Support

Your Mac charges over only one port at a time, so connecting multiple power adapters to the USB-C ports and MagSafe 3 port (if present) won't charge your Mac faster. USB-C charge cables also support different maximum wattages (W). For example, the Apple USB-C Charge Cable (1 m) supports up to 60W and the Apple USB-C Charge Cable (2 m) supports up to 100W. If you connect more than one power source, your Mac charges only from the cable and power adapter or display providing the most power.
