iCloud sync iPhone music to Windows iTunes

Is there a way to have iCloud update my iPhone music playlist to my iTunes on my Windows laptop?

I like to backup my iPhone to my laptop every couple of months in case something happens to it, but every time I do: my iPhone syncs to my iTunes playlist and deletes the songs in the playlists that I added from my iPhone

On top of that I always get at least 1 iTunes or iPhone glitch: album photos not being right, songs not downloading even though I have my settings to download all songs and these problems always takes me more than a day to fix

I’ve been dealing with this for over 10 years now, so it’s getting to the point where I don’t feel like I would want another iPhone when I replace it in a few years
