Macbook Air stuck

Hey guys! I deleted my macos and only have my windows file left because I honestly didn’t know you could delete the server… I tried the command and r button which put me to the spinning globe. All good. Except my laptop does not accept my wifi nor my hotspot…. 😭 this has been going on for weeks! Pls help!

My macbook air m2 is unusable because of this wifi problem. I basically can not use my macbook anymore. I tried everything. I resetted my modem i created a new wifi profile i reinstalled the whole macOS. I tried installing new dns adresses. I tried to refresh ip. I tried wifi diagnostic. It only works when i get close to wifi. I can not use my macbook. I can not do even one task on my macbook. What do i do...
