The home screen animations disappeared?

I recently installed the iOS 18 PB1. The animations on home screen are non existent. Most of the users buy an iphone because of it’s UI. And the best and the most fun part, the home screen animations are gone. Can someone help me figure out if this is just a bug which will be fixed by the time of the official release or they just decided to remove home screen animations?
