Opened a link inside a phishing email

I received an email from Docusign stating my McAffe Security subscription would be renewing and that I needed to review a Docusign document. Before I thought about it I clicked to review the document to see what it was, but now think it was phishing. I don’t have an active McAfee subscription that I know of and the page that loaded after I clicked the Docusign link provided no information Should I be worried that malware has infected my phone? Should I factory reset my phone.
