I’m unable to switch to the app page on my Apple Watch

Do you want all the Apps? Press the Digital Crown once and release. I used my iPhone to re-arrange the icons so that the first page of apps are my most frequently used apps. If I want any of the others, I have to scroll down either with my finger or rotating the Digital Crown.

Do you want the Apps you have run. Press the Digital Crown twice. If you want to close Apps after Pressing the Digital Crown twice can be a pain, so disable the following: Apple Watch -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Auto-Select Focused App -> Off

Maybe turn it off and back on. Maybe you got the screen wet or it needs to be cleaned. Maybe the Digital Crown isn’t turned on. If it’s just a swipe issue then maybe you aren’t sliding your finger close enough to the edge of the screen.
