Calendar Event Images for Accessibility

I am looking for a way to use images as a calendar event title for an individual who uses picture communication vs. text. Emojis that describe the event clearly are not usually available and they need something more like PECS pictures/images or photos. I need the image to appear as an Apple Watch calendar event/alert. Is there a way to make this happen or is there an app that works in this way?
