move music from iPad to Windows PC

The data hard drive on my PC crashed and I did not have a backup of my iTunes library, except as it exists on my iPad. How can I copy the music on my iPad to my PC?

NOTE:

-All the music on my iPad came from CD's that I originally ripped to my pc. I don't use Apple's music store.

-I'm trying to repopulate my iTunes Library on my PC.

-I promise that I will routinely backup my PC's iTunes library in the future!
