my you had works moving the cursor around but will not respond when I want to make a selection and start something. I accidentally turned Bluetooth off so now I am unable to turn it back on. Is there another way to turn on Bluetooth like maybe by the keyboard?

Try following tip.
Move the mouse pointer: With a numeric keypad: Use the 7, 8, 9, 4, 6, 1, 2, 3 keys on the keypad. With the keyboard: Use the 7, 8, 9, U, O, J, K, L keys.
