MacBook Pro with Touchbar keeps Restarting

My 2020 macbook pro with a touchbar keeps restarting. If I open it and I notice that the touchbar is black and not working, I know it means the laptop is going to restart at some point. It is usually if I leave it alone for a few minutes then it will restart. Once it restarts, the touchbar starts working again. However, it's only a matter of time before it restarts again and the touchbar doesn't work. This is a cycle. It has happened in the past but off and on within the last 6 months. I don't know what's changed. I don't know if its some software I downloaded and I'm happy to delete everything but I don't know how. Basically it'll go a month without restarting and then it will restart multiple times a day for like a few weeks straight and repeat. Any advice is much appreciated. I brought it to Apple a few months ago and they couldn't find anything wrong with it.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.5
